What is Q-Base?

Q-Base is an international quality management system based on the IS0-9000 series of quality standards and puts into place an environment which mandates continuous improvement. Alco Ventures Inc. was certified in February of 1996 and is re-certified every year through an independent audit process as specified by the Q-Base certification organization.
